Notice has been given that:
CRISP Partners, LLC requests a construction permit to install a Kohler Model 600REOZVB 600kW diesel emergency generator set with a 903 BHP Volvo Model TWD1643GE diesel engine at Building 709, located at their campus at Chestnut Run Innovation & Science Park, 984 Centre Road, Wilmington, County of New Castle. The proposed emergency generator will provide back-up power to the labs and offices of Building 709 in the event of electrical power outages. The generator will be permitted to comply with US EPA regulations and Tier 2 emission limits under the provisions of Title 40 CFR Part 1039, Appendix I Table 2 Non-road by Permit# APC-2023/0039-CONSTRUCTION (NSPS).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending Monday, April 17, 2023. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
