Notice has been given that:

Contractual Carriers, Inc, requests a Construction Permit for the installation of one (1) Used Oil Space Heater at 104 Alan Drive, Newark, New Castle County, Delaware. The used oil space heater is a Clean Burn furnace model CB-5000 with CB-550-S2 Burner with a maximum heat input 500,000 BTU/hour. The used oil space heater will be permitted to emit 0.105 TPY of PM, 0.09 TPY of PM10, 0.09 TPY of PM2.5, 0.023 TPY of NOx, 0.062 TPY of SOx, 0.003 TPY of CO, 0.001 TPY of TOC, and 0.001 TPY of HAPs by Permit: APC-2023/0085-CONSTRUCTION

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending July 31, 2023. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
