Notice has been given that:

Comcast of Delmarva, Inc. requests permission for the installation of one (1) emergency generator, rated 800 kW (1220 HP) at 5729 Denneys Road, Dover, Kent County, Delaware. The engine used in this generator set complies with U. S. EPA regulations under the provisions of 40 CFR 89, Non-Road Tier 2 emissions limits. Permit # APC-2021/0130-CONSTRUCTION (NSPS)(GACT)

The application for this permit may be reviewed at the offices of the Division of Air Quality, State Street Commons, 100 W. Water Street, Suite 6A, Dover, Delaware or 715 Grantham Lane, New Castle, Delaware. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending August 30, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
