Notice has been given that:

Allen Harim Foods, LLC requests permission for the installation and operation of two (2) emergency generators, each rated at 750 kW (1194 HP) at 26867 Nine Foot Road, Dagsboro, Sussex County, Delaware. The engines used in these generator sets comply with U.S. EPA regulations under the provisions of 40 CFR 89, Non-Road Tier 2 emissions limits. The Company has agreed to limit operating hours to 373 hours (RT12) for each unit to comply with 7 DE Admin. Code 1125, Minor New Source Review. Permit # APC-2021/0089-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION (NSPS)(GACT)(MNSR) and APC-2021/0090-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION (NSPS)(GACT)(MNSR).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending March 15, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
