A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: HUD Cedar Avenue (2027.0002)

Sussex County Habitat for Humanity is proposing to utilize U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) community project funding to construct one single-family home at 295 Cedar Ave, Seaford, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DCMP.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted from November 4, 2026, through November 24, 2026.
