This office has under consideration the applications of:

Pamela Landis & Wendy Chilla – To replace an existing bulkhead and to construct a docking facility in the Indian River at 28016 Possum Point Road, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Town of Bethany Beach – To replace a culvert in Bethany Beach Loop Canal, adjacent to 1st Street and N. Pennsylvania Ave, Bethany Beach, Sussex County, DE.

Blue Eyes Real Estate LLC care of Pete Gable – To modify an existing boat docking facility in the Rehoboth Bay, at 107 Vista Road, Dewey Beach, Sussex County, DE.

Pilottown Marina, Inc. – To conduct maintenance dredging in the Lewes & Rehoboth Canal at Pilottown Marina, Pilottown Road, Lewes, Sussex County, DE, and to dispose of the dredged material in an upland confined disposal facility at the terminus of Anglers Road, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

Bonnie May – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 65 Anchor Road, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.

Albert and Anne Lara – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in Herring Creek at 23966 Sundance Lane, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

Drawbridge Claymont, LLC – to utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in the Delaware River at 6300 Philadelphia Pile, Claymont, New Castle County, DE.

Robert Klerlein – to utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in Hopkins Prong at 32312 Mariners Way, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Nicholas and Kimberly Savino – to modify an existing docking facility in the Indian River at 31640 River Road, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Thomas and Amy Zaconie – to construct a docking facility in Pepper Creek at 105 Waterview Lane, Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Patricia Clements, Trustee – to utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in Burtons Prong at 1 Pinewater Drive, Harbeson, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
