Project Description: CCM-Hyetts, LLC proposes to install approximately three hundred and eighty-six linear feet (386 LF) of four-inch (4”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, two (2) suction lift pumps and related appurtenances to serve 86 proposed single-family dwellings located at 379 Hyetts Corner Road, Middletown, DE 19709. The proposed force main will connect to Water Farm 1 Treatment Plant.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on September 10, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
