Project Description: DRB Greenbough 44, LLC has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank System for the Vines Creek Crossing proposed residential subdivision. The system has been designed to accommodate 14,961 gallons per day of wastewater generated by 49 dwellings. The system consists of approximately 4,789 linear feet of 8” diameter gravity pipe, 31 manholes and appurtenances.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on August 20, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
