Project Description: O’Neal Shirley Faye TTEE Rev Trust has submitted an application for a Construction Permit for an On-site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System for one existing medical office accommodating 4 doctors, 20 medical staff, and 100 patients. The system has been designed to accommodate 1,183 gallons per day of wastewater. The system consists of 2 septic tanks, 1 dosing tank and 2 elevated sand mounds for disposal.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on July 23, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
