David P. Failing and Jeanette M. Failing – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in Burtons Prong, at 12 Sloan Road, Harbeson, DE.

Elizabeth D. Baumeister, Trustee of the Elizabeth D. Baumeister Revocable Living Trust and Robert L. Baumeister, Sr., Trustee of the Robert L. Baumeister, Sr., Revocable Living Trust – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in Bald Eagle Canal, at 104 E Side Drive, Rehoboth, DE.

Ronald B. Reese and Ann B. Reese, co-trustees of the Ronald B. Reese and Ann B. Reese Joint Revocable Trust – To modify an existing docking facility in Herring Creek, at 4 Waterside Drive, Harbeson, DE.

Town of Bethany Beach – To install a living shoreline in Lake Bethany, adjacent to 985 Sandbar Court, Bethany Beach, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
