Project Description: Vicmead hunt Club has submitted an application for a Construction Permit for an On-site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System for a country club expansion. The system has been designed to accommodate 4200 gallons per day of wastewater. The system consists of 1 septic tank, 1 dosing tank and subsurface micro irrigation for disposal.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on June 25, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
