Project Description: Schell Brothers LLC has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank System for the White’s Pond Preserve proposed residential subdivision. The system has been designed to accommodate 5,726 gallons per day of wastewater generated by 10 dwellings. The system consists of approximately 743 linear feet of 8” diameter gravity pipe, 9 manholes and appurtenances.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on June 4, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
