This office has under consideration the applications of:

George B. Elliott III, Trustee of the George B. Elliott III Revocable Trust – To modify an existing docking facility in an unnamed canal off the Indian River Bay at 30117 Pinecrest Drive, Ocean View, Sussex County, DE.

David P. Elvin and Joan G. Elvin – To modify an existing docking facility in Vines Creek at 108 Vines Lane, Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Douglas R. Riniker and Cindy L. Riniker – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in Hopkins Prong at 33245 W. Water Edge Trail, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Delaware Department of Transportation – Cypress Branch Rd – To modify a road crossing in state-regulated wetlands adjacent to Cypress Branch on Cypress Branch Road, Dover, Kent County, DE.

Delaware Department of Transportation – Cedar Beach Rd – To replace a bridge over Deep Branch, on Cedar Beach Road, Milford, Sussex County, DE.

DNREC Division of Watershed Stewardship – Tussocky Tax Ditch – To install riprap revetment for shoreline stabilization along Tussocky Tax Ditch adjacent to Susan Beach Road, Laurel, Sussex County, DE.

DNREC Division of Watershed Stewardship – Stafford Tax Ditch – To install riprap revetment for shoreline stabilization along Stafford Tax Ditch adjacent to Woodenhawk Road, Greenwood, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
