Notice has been given that:

State of Delaware – OMB/Division of Facilities Management-New Castle County Courthouse/Leonard L. Williams Justice Center (LLWJC) requests permission for the operation of one (1) emergency generator, rated 900 kW (1367 HP) at 500 N. King Street, New Castle County, Delaware. The engine used in this generator set complies with U. S. EPA regulations under the provisions of 40 CFR Part 89, Non-Road Tier II emission limits. Permit: APC-2026/0128-CONSTRUCTION.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at: de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending April 23, 2026. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
