This office has under consideration the applications of:
Frank and Laura Taylor – To replace an existing wetland walkway in state-regulated wetlands and an existing dock in Broadkill Creek at 102 Adams Avenue, Milton, Sussex County, DE.
Kelly and David Pederson – To construct a wetland walkway in state-regulated wetlands connecting to a docking facility in Deep Hole Creek at 2849 South Bayshore Drive, Milton, Sussex County, DE.
Town of Henlopen Acres – To conduct maintenance dredging in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at Henlopen Acres Marina at 104 Tidewaters, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.
Louis Martinage – To install a rip-ap revetment for shoreline stabilization, and to construct a docking facility in the Bethany Canal at 434 Canal Way West, Bethany Beach, Sussex County, DE.
DRP Multistate 1, LLC – To install multiple outfalls in Williams Canal Tax Ditch at 34691 Daisey Road, Frankford, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
