This notice announces the availability and opportunity to comment on Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control’s Draft 2026 Combined Watershed Assessment Report (305(b)) and Determination for the Clean Water Act Section 303(d) List of Waters Needing TMDLs (the Integrated Report). EPA’s Integrated Reporting Guidance documents are available online at www.epa.gov/tmdl/identifying-and-listing-impaired-waters-under-clean-water-act. Please contact the Department by April 6, 2026, to submit any comments.

The Draft Integrated Report is posted with this notice on the DNREC website at de.gov/dnrecnotices. Related documents and prior Integrated Reports are available on the Department’s website at dnrec.delaware.gov/watershed-stewardship/assessment/reports/.

All comments on the Draft Integrated Report document received on/prior April 6, 2026, will be considered for the final Integrated Report.
