Non-Discrimination Policy

This office has under consideration the applications of:

Red Knot Farms LLC – To construct multiple road crossings over and to install multiple utility lines under the unnamed tributary to Double Run, at 1604 Peachtree Run, Magnolia, Kent County, DE.

Silver Run Electric, LLC – to install four utility lines in Silver Run – Hope Creek transmission line, located between the Silver Run Electric Silver Run substation in Middletown, New Castle County, Delaware and the Public Service Electric & Gas Company Hope Creek substation on Artificial Island, Salem County, New Jersey, including work in the vicinity of the Augustine Wildlife Area in the Delaware River. (Silver-Run-Electric Application: Part 1 and Part 2)

Katrina & Worthing Jackman – To install a riprap revetment for shoreline stabilization and construct a docking facility in Silver Lake at 20332 Silver Lake Drive, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.

Scott & Lisa Meyers – To modify an existing docking facility in the Fenwick Ditch at 14127 Caine Stable Road, Ocean City, Worcester County, MD.

Ingram Village Development, LLC – To relocate a portion of a stream in Cedar Creek near Gladys Street, Ellendale, Sussex County, DE

Insight at Sunset Harbor, LLC – To conduct maintenance dredging in White Creek near Canal Street, Ocean View, Sussex County, DE

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
