Beck, Braun, Trimmer, and Hopkins Henlopen Homstead, LLC – To replace a culvert and install multiple culverts in Bundicks Branch at 19786 Hermitage Way, Milton, Sussex County, DE.

Aaron Pucket – To construct a wetland walkway over state-regulated wetlands and to construct a docking facility in White Creek, at 37513 Seaside Drive, Ocean View, Sussex County, DE.

Robert & Donna Johnson – To modify an existing docking facility in Herring Creek at 24357 Thorneby Terrace, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
