Project Description: Strahly Holdings LLC proposes to install approximately six thousand one hundred and fifty-six linear feet (6,156 LF) of six-inch (6”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, two (2) submersible pumps, and related appurtenances to serve a proposed 175 dwelling subdivision located at Barratts Chapel Road and Buffalo Road, Federica, DE 19946. The proposed force main will connect to Kent Regional Resource Recovery Facility.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on February 12, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
