A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: HUD 2311 S Dupont Highway Dover (2025.0049)

Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity is proposing to utilize U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development funding for facility improvements at 2311 S. Dupont Highway, Dover, Kent County, DE. Improvements include replacing carpet, repairing and resurfacing an existing 12,100 square foot asphalt

parking lot, and installing enhanced security measures including signage, surveillance systems, and an automatic gate opener. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
