A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: FERC ESNG Rt 40 Replacement (2025.0046)

Eastern Shore Natural Gas is proposing to utilize a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission authorization to replace a natural gas connector line including existing piping and valves near People’s Plaza in the Glasgow area of New Castle County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
