The engines used in these generator sets comply with U. S. EPA regulations under the provisions of 40 CFR 89, Non-Road Tier 4 emissions limits. Permit: APC-2025/0028-CONSTRUCTION, Permit: APC-2025/0029-CONSTRUCTION, Permit: APC-2025/0030-CONSTRUCTION, Permit: APC-2025/0031-CONSTRUCTION, Permit: APC-2025/0032-CONSTRUCTION, Permit: APC-2026/0017-CONSTRUCTION.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at: de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending October 30, 2025. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
