Notice has been given that:
Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials CMP LLC, requests a construction permit to construct a carbon adsorber to control the emissions from two cold solvent cleaners at their 451 Bellevue Road, Newark, facility. The carbon adsorber will be permitted to emit 0.0000047 TPY of N-methyl-pyrrolidone by Permit# APC-2025/0026-CONSTRUCTION.
The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending February 17, 2025. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
