Notice is hereby given that Fortescue Future Industries-Ionix Inc., Starlifter requests a permit to construct a Coatema Coating Machinery GmbH Smartcoater at 299 Cluckey Drive, Suite A in Harrington, Delaware. The Coatema Coating Machinery GmbH Smartcoater will be permitted to 4.72 TPY of VOC (As 1-Propanol) by Permit: APC-2025/0007-CONSTRUCTION (NSPS) (VOC RACT) (PTE).

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices.
