Notice has been given that:

R.E. Pierson Construction Co., Inc., requests a construction permit to construct and operate a limited term, electric pole powered, concrete batch plant at their Fox Run Rd/Patriots Way location, 700’ NE Rt 113, Millsboro, Sussex County facility. The limited term concrete batch plant will be permitted to emit 1.64 TPY PM₁₀ by Permit# APC-2024/0094-CONSTRUCTION.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending June 10, 2024. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
