OA North, LLC has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank Permit to service the Brighton – Hamlet 4 Subdivision. The system has been designed to accommodate 7,500 gallons per day of wastewater generated by 25 dwellings. The site is located at 4 Lorewood Grove Rd, New Castle County, tax parcel #13-003.00-001.
