Notice has been given that:

Versogen Inc., requests a construction permit to construct fifteen (15) electrolyzer test stands at their 1090 Elkton Road, Building S115, Newark, Delaware facility. The fifteen (15) electrolyzer test stands will be permitted to emit 82 TPY of Hydrogen by Permit# APC-2023/0093-CONSTRUCTION and APC-2023/0094-CONSTRUCTION.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending September 11, 2023. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
