A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Dewey Beach Renourishment (2023.0019)

Dewey Beach Enterprises proposes to place 1,300 cubic yards of sand for beach renourishment at Dewey Bayside Public Beach at Lighthouse Cove, adjacent to Rehoboth Bay, in Dewey Beach, Delaware (tax parcel #3-34-23.06-1.00). Beach-compatible sand would be sourced locally, trucked to the site, placed on the beach, and graded to project specifications.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Certification will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice.
