Notice has been given that:
The H&K Group, Inc. dba Dagsboro Materials, requests a permit to install a 300 TPH concrete/RAP (recycled asphalt pavement) crusher, screener, and conveyors at their 30548 Thorogood Road, Millsboro, and 36393 Sussex Highway, Delmar, Sussex County facilities. The crusher and screener will be permitted to emit 0.016 TPY HC, 0.825 TPY NOx, 0.164 TPY CO, 0.007 TPY SOx, and 6.66 TPY PM10. by Permit# APC-2022/0046-CONSTRUCTION.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending January 31, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
