Notice is hereby given that an application for a permit for construction seaward of the DNREC Building Line has been filed by Pete Barry to construct a single family dwelling and septic system on Lot(s) 16, Block(s) 3, (235-10.00-22.00), Old Inlet Beach, Broadkill Beach in Sussex County, Delaware pursuant to the revised “Regulations Governing Beach Protection and the Use of Beaches” of the State of Delaware (effective August 11, 2016).
