Notice is hereby given that an application for a permit for construction seaward of the DNREC Building Line has been filed by Alfred Bendell, IV to replace the existing cantilevered deck and steps on the south side and to construct skirting on the west side of the dwelling and to bring in sand to fill low area of lot on Lot(s) 1, Block(s) 8, (134-20.08-191.00), South Bethany, in Sussex County, Delaware pursuant to the revised “Regulations Governing Beach Protection and the Use of Beaches” of the State of Delaware (effective August 11, 2016).
