Notice is hereby given that an application for a permit for construction seaward of the DNREC Building Line has been filed by Michael Boland to bring in sand to fill low areas between houses and dune on Tax Parcels 134-17.20-207.00, 134-17.20-206.00, 134-17.20-205.00, 134-17.20-204.00, 134-17.20-193.00, 134-17.20-230.01, South Bethany, in Sussex County, Delaware pursuant to the revised “Regulations Governing Beach Protection and the Use of Beaches” of the State of Delaware (effective August 11, 2016).
