Notice is hereby given that an application for a permit for construction seaward of the DNREC Building Line has been filed by Pat Sullivan to construct a single family dwelling with a 13′ cantilevered deck on Lot(s) 9, (134-20.08-254.00), York Beach, Inc., South Bethany in Sussex County, Delaware pursuant to the revised “Regulations Governing Beach Protection and the Use of Beaches” of the State of Delaware (effective August 11, 2016).
