Notice is hereby given that an application for a permit for construction seaward of the DNREC Building Line has been filed by David Heffernan to construct a 10′ wide concrete dune crossover for both vehicles and pedestrians on (230-17.00-241.00), Prime Hook, in Sussex County, Delaware pursuant to the revised “Regulations Governing Beach Protection and the Use of Beaches” of the State of Delaware (effective August 11, 2016).
