Non-Discrimination Policy

This office has under consideration the applications of:

Randy and Bonnie Eddinger – To remove an existing docking facility and construct a new docking facility in Herring Creek at 35 Pinewater Drive, Harbeson, Sussex County, DE.

Raymond Williams – To construct a wetland walkway in state-regulated wetlands connecting to a docking facility in Beaverdam Creek at 28135 Round Pole Bridge Road, Milton, Sussex County, DE.

Kelsey Carmine and Samuel Brown – To construct a docking facility in Broad Creek at 30833 Dogwood Drive, Laurel, Sussex County, DE.

Blackwater Village – To modify an existing docking facility in Blackwater Creek at the terminus of Shawnee Drive, Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Matthew Kassir – To modify an existing docking facility in Roy Creek adjacent to 37659 Pine Road, Selbyville, Sussex County, DE.

Matthew Kassir – To construct a docking facility in Roy Creek at 37659 Pine Road, Selbyville, Sussex County, DE.

Delmarva Power & Light Company – To install temporary matting in state-regulated wetlands near East State Street, Millsboro, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
