Leslie Craig – To modify an existing docking facility in Hopkins Prong at 24226 Big Oak Lane, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE
Frederick & Debra Bryner – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in the Delaware Bay at 110 North Avenue, Smyrna, Kent County, DE.
James Knittle Jr. and Gloria G. Knittle – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in White Creek, at 151 Naomi Drive, Ocean View, Sussex County, DE.
Tidewater Utilities – To install a utility line in Love Creek adjacent to Webbs Landing Road, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.
Salt Pond Homeowners Association – To conduct new dredging in a ditch connecting to the Salt Pond adjacent to Jeremy’s Branch in Bethany Beach, Sussex County, DE.
Michaelena Hayes – To construct a wetland walkway in state-regulated wetlands connecting to a docking facility in Emily Gut at 28214 Basin Road, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.
Grande at Canal Pointe Maintenance Corporation – To construct a wetland walkway in state-regulated wetlands connecting to a docking facility in the Lewes & Rehoboth Canal at The Grande at Canal Pointe, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.
Amtrak – To install multiple outfalls, relocate a portion of a stream, and construct a road crossing in an unnamed tributary of Brandywine Creek at 4001 Vandever Avenue, Wilmington, New Castle Couty, DE.
Delmarva Power and Light Company – To replace a culvert in an unnamed tributary of White Clay Creek at 601 Harmony Road, Newark, New Castle, DE.
Town of Bowers Beach – To repair the drainage network along North Bayshore Drive and Flack Avenue, Bowers Beach, Kent County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
