Project Description: Silver View Farms, LLC proposes to install approximately one thousand six hundred and seven linear feet (1,607 LF) of six-inch (6”) diameter PVC sanitary sewer force main, seven hundred and forty-five linear feet (745 LF) of six-inch (6”) diameter HDPE sanitary sewer force main, and two (2) suction lift sewage pumps to serve the proposed Silver View Farm Subdivision located at 994 Vance Neck Rd, Middletown, DE 19709. The proposed force main will connect to Water Fam 1 Treatment Plant.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on January 29, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
