DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife and the City of New Castle – To construct a public fishing pier south of the intersection of W 7th Street and Heron Circle, at Deemer’s Beach in the Dobbinsville area, New Castle, New Castle County, DE 19720

Ruth Hudson – To construct a living shoreline in state-regulated wetlands and the Indian River at 29591 Nor Easter Drive, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

New Castle County – To conduct stream restoration activities in Little Mill Creek at Woodland Park, adjacent to 2130 Faulkland Road, Wilmington, New Castle County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
