Project Description: Ribera Development LLC proposes to install approximately six thousand one hundred and sixty-two linear feet (6,162 LF) of eight inch (8”) diameter C900 PVC SDR-18 sanitary sewer force main and one (1) submersible pump to serve a subdivision of 128 residential dwellings at Martin Farm Road, Milton, DE 19968. The proposed force main will connect to the Beaver Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on November 13th, 2025. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
