Project Description: Delaware Valley Development Group proposes to install approximately one thousand one hundred and thirty linear feet (1,130 LF) of two inch (2”) diameter HPDE DR-11 sanitary sewer force main and one (1) grinder pumpstation to serve a subdivision of 80 unit apartment complex at 6060 Limestone Road Hockessin, DE 19707. The proposed force main will tie into an existing Newcastle County sewer main and connect to the Wilmington Wastewater Treatment Plant.
