Project Description: : Leander Lakes III proposes to install approximately one thousand eight hundred and eighty five linear feet (1,885 LF) of two inch (2”) diameter HPDE SDR-11 sanitary sewer force main and seven hundred and eighty one linear feet (781 LF) of one and a half inch (1.5”) diameter HPDE SDR-11 sanitary sewer force main to serve a subdivision of 200 unit apartment complex at 2221 Forrest Ave Dover, DE 19904. The proposed force main will tie into an existing Kent County sewer main and connect to the Kent County Wastewater Facilities.
