Project Description: Sussex Land Holdings, LLC proposes to install one pump station, approximately thirteen thousand five hundred linear feet (13,500 LF) of six inch (6”) and ten inch (10”) diameter sanitary sewer force main to serve a proposed 655 lot single family subdivision. The proposed force main will tie into an existing Sussex County sewer main and connect to the Artesian Sussex Regional Recharge Facility.
