Bridgeville Warehouse WPCC 3055/25

This office has under consideration the application of:

Project Description: FDPN Management, LLC proposes to install one pump lift station, approximately ninety-two linear feet (92 LF) of two inch (2”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, one thousand one hundred and twenty linear feet (1,120 LF) of eight inch (8”) diameter gravity sanitary sewer main, and eight (8) gravity manholes to serve a proposed 78,000 warehouse complex. The proposed force main will tie into an existing Sussex County sewer main and connect to the City of Seaford Wastewater Treatment Facility.

Blue Diamond Park WPCC 3057/25

This office has under consideration the application of:

Applicant: PR-STOLTZ PROPCO Blue Diamond – Lot 2, LLC
Location: 1380 River Road, New Castle, DE 19720

Project Description: PR-STOLTZ PROPCO Blue Diamond – Lot 2, LLC proposes to install one pump station, approximately six hundred and twenty-nine linear feet (629 LF) of two inch (2”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, two thousand and twenty-seven linear feet (2,027 LF) of eight inch (8”) diameter gravity sanitary sewer main, and fourteen (14) gravity manholes to serve a proposed warehouse in a portion of the Blue Diamond Park. The proposed force main will tie into an existing New Castle County sewer main and connect to the City of Wilmington Wastewater Treatment Facility.

A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
