Project Description: Mckee Builders, LLC proposes to install one lift pump station, approximately one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five linear feet (1,895 LF) of six inch (6”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, seventeen thousand seven hundred and ninety-eight linear feet (17,798 LF) of eight inch (8”) diameter gravity sanitary sewer main, and one hundred and two (102) gravity manholes to serve the proposed Chapel Creek development. The proposed force main will tie into an existing Town of Middletown sewer main and connect to the Town of Middletown Wastewater Treatment Facility.
