Project Description: Mckee Builders, LLC proposes to install one lift pump station, approximately thirteen thousand two hundred and twenty-nine linear feet (13,229 LF) of ten inch (10”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, nine hundred and seventy-six linear feet (976 LF) of ten inch (10”) diameter gravity sanitary sewer main, eighteen thousand and forty-four linear feet (18,044 LF) of eight inch (8”) diameter gravity sanitary sewer main, and one hundred and twenty-seven (127) gravity manholes to serve the proposed Abbey Creek development. The proposed force main will tie into an existing Town of Middletown sewer main and connect to the Town of Middletown Wastewater Treatment Facility.
