Project Description: Sussex County Engineering Department proposes to install one duplex submersible lift pump station, approximately one thousand one hundred and seventy-two linear feet (1,172 LF) of four inch (4”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, thirty-two linear feet (32 LF) of three inch (3”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, one hundred and five linear feet (105 LF) of ten inch (10”) diameter gravity sanitary sewer main, six hundred and forty-three linear feet (643 LF) of eight inch (8”) diameter gravity sanitary sewer main, and seven (7) gravity manholes to serve the communities of Gull Point and Warwick Cove. The proposed force main will tie into an existing Sussex County manhole and connect to the County’s Inland Bays Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility.
