Project Description: JTJ DE Investments. proposes to install one progressive cavity lift pump station, approximately seven hundred and thirty-eight linear feet (738 LF) of one and a half inch (1.5”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, seven hundred and forty-three linear feet (743 LF) of eight inch (8”) diameter gravity sanitary sewer main, and nine (9) gravity manholes to serve the proposed Whites Pond Preserve development. The proposed force main will tie into an existing City of Lewes force main and connect to the City of Lewes Wastewater Treatment Facility.
