Non-Discrimination Policy

This office has under consideration the applications of:

1607 Marshall Street, LLC – To construct a docking facility in the Indian River at 35221 Seagrass Plantation Lane, Dagsboro, Sussex County, Delaware.

Kevin and Nicole Cook – To construct a wetland walkway in state-regulated wetlands connecting to a docking facility in Deep Hole Creek at 2851 South Bayshore Drive, Milton, Sussex County, Delaware.

Guy Marcozzi and Tina Marcozzi – To construct a new docking facility in Silver Lake at 38807 Martins Lane, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.

Michael A. Meoli and Kelli C. Meoli – To construct a new docking facility in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 50 Thompson Court, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.

Schooner Village I Property Owners Association, Inc. – To install a living shoreline in Salt Pond at Jeremy’s Branch, Bethany Beach, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
