Project Description: Apennine Development Co LLC proposes to install twelve grinder pumps, and approximately eight hundred linear feet (800 LF) of force main sewer main to serve 106 multifamily dwellings. The proposed pumps and force main will tie into an existing sanitary sewer gravity manhole at Calhoun Street which discharges to the Town of Georgetown Wastewater Facility.
