Non-Discrimination Policy

This office has under consideration the applications of:

Bayshore, Inc. – To conduct maintenance dredging in an Unnamed Lagoon and the Access Channel adjacent to White Creek, at the terminus of Brant Road, Bayshore Marina, Ocean View, Sussex County, DE.

West Selbyville Development – To realign a portion of stream, to install road crossings, and to install a riprap revetment for shoreline stabilization in Prongs 6 and 7, and main Bear Hole Tax Ditch system, on 533-11.00-35.00 and 533-18.00-5.00, Selbyville, Sussex County, DE.

Delaware Department of Transportation – To replace a bridge on Lighthouse Road (SR 54) over The Ditch, Fenwick Island, Sussex County, Delaware. (Site Plans)

Delaware Department of Transportation – To construct a wetland walkway parallel to Double Bridges Road between Muddy Neck Road and Parker House Road, Frankford, Sussex County, Delaware.

Joan Waters Freiberg and John Freiberg – To construct a docking facility in Burton Prong at 23742 Herring Reach Court, Lewes, Sussex County, Delaware.

Gerald and Emily Properties, LLC – To construct a docking facility in White Creek at the western end of Yacht Basin Road, Ocean View, Sussex County, Delaware.

Daniel and Yvonne Russell – To construct a docking facility in North Shores Lagoon at 33 Holly Road, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, Delaware.

DNREC Division of Climate, Coastal & Energy – To install a riprap revetment for shoreline stabilization and to install a living shoreline along the Broadkill River at Milton Memorial Park, Milton, Sussex County, Delaware.

Perns Properties LLC – To modify an existing boat docking facility in Herring Branch at 5334 Brown Street, Milford, Sussex County, Delaware.

Calpine Mid-Atlantic Generation LLC – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in the Delaware River at 200 Hay Road, Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware.

Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control – To remove a dam in White Clay Creek, adjacent to Wedgewood Road, Newark, New Castle County, Delaware.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
